Keerthy Suresh, who is for the first time sharing the screen space with Vijay in his 60th film, is said to be playing a chirpy college student.
“Romantic scenes involving Vijay and Keerthy will be interesting. Those sequences will be one of the highlights of the movie. Some portions of them were shot in Chennai recently,” sources said, adding that they have come out very well.
Bharathan, who was earlier associated with Vijay for ‘Azhagia Tamil Magan’, is wielding the megaphone for this flick, whose title is tipped as ‘Enga Veetu Pillai’.
Vijaya Productions, which bankrolled the original ‘Enga Veetu PIllai’ starring MGR in the lead, is producing this movie too, it is to be noted. Santhosh Narayanan is scoring the music, while Sathish, Sriman and others play key roles.
Vijay is playing a dual role- that of a Chennai youngster and a Tirunelveli youth.
