Actress Megha Akash launched soups and momos at The Red Box, Anna Nagar on Wednesday, 8th March. The Red Box is an innovative idea that aims to deliver great food in well-packed, easy to carry, in a stylish take-away box. The take-away box includes the noodles and rice box and the new, environment-friendly soup, salad and momo containers. Consuming soup from a pack has never been as easy as it is from the Red Box container!
About the partners:
The Red Box is a joint venture by five young, talented entrepreneurs – Anita Jayaprakash, Bindu Akash, Prasanna Ganesan, Sweta Kaladharan and Vaibav Kumaravel. Their idea was to make tasty food accessible to people in a hurry, on the move and looking for a quick and affordable meal!
The Red Box operates kitchens in Gopalapuram and Annanagar where food is prepared and this functions as a take away point too. They have kiosks at Nungambakkam, R. A. Puram and Mogappair which serve as take-away points only.
The new menu includes many interesting options for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians. They have launched the noodle soup which is a must-try. For the veggie lovers, they’ve created innovative dishes including soya momos and protein-rich soya noodles.
Healthy, fresh and tasty food on-the-go is their motto and they’re striving hard to attain this.
