Art Houz in collaboration with World Vision present ‘Art for Vision’, a charity exhibition

Art Houz, one of the leading contemporary art galleries from Chennai, in collaboration with World Vision India present ‘Art for Vision’, a charity exhibition supporting Hunger-free India from 19th to 29th January 2018.

The exhibition was inaugurated on 19th January 2018 by Ms. Sangeeta Shankaran Sumesh (Executive Director and CFO, Dun & Bradstreet, Independent Director IFB Industries Ltd), Dr. Somasundara, (Director, Rice Mandi) and Chaman Golecha (Director, Golecha Gems and Jewels) It was a gala evening with sale of artworks by well-established contemporary artists and also digital artworks to raise funds. Through World Vision India, Art Houz aims to impact the lives of children across the country. The funds raised through this gala evening will help create hunger-free communities across the country.

Art Houz is one of the leading contemporary art galleries from South-India. Founded in 2012 by Vincent Adaikalraj, the gallery has achieved significant importance, mounting some of the most important shows from the Indian art scene. Their focus is on young emerging artists with an experimental approach to practice and expand the horizons of South Indian art audience. The space has been orchestrated in such a way that it not only anchors the artistic context and emotion of the individual artist/e but also lends itself to mould and weave a compelling visual chronicle for the connoisseur. It is a perfect backdrop for not just time-honoured unhindered traditional art displays but also for contemporary avant-garde arts.
