Vadivelu, who is all set to make comeback as comedian with Vishal-starrer ‘Kathi Sandai’, has signed another interesting project.
According to sources, he will play a key role in G V Prakash Kumar’s upcoming heroic venture, which is to be helmed by director Rambala of ‘Dhilluku Dhuddu’ fame.
“It is an out and out comedy film and there is a character tailor-made for Vadivelu. Also, plans are on to rope in Genelia D’Souza, who quit acting post her marriage, for a pivotal role,” sources said.
At present, GVP is busy with a bunch of movies including ‘Kadavul Irukkan Kumaru’, ‘Bruce Lee’, ‘Adangathey’. Shooting for the new project is expected to commence soon.
In the meantime, ‘Kadavul Irukkan Kumaru’ directed by Rajesh M of ‘Oru Kal Oru Kannadi’ and ‘Siva Manasula Sakthi’ fame is gearing up to hit the screens for Deepavali.
