INGA NAAN DHAN KINGU MOVIE REVIEW

INGA NAAN DHAAN KINGU is a comedy thriller written and directed by debutant Anand Narayan. The film is produced by Gopuram films.

Santhanam movies have its own template and they have kind of worked at the box office. The story has a good plot but like most such films the execution of the plot leaves a lot to be desired as the film gets submerged in a deluge of commercial elements. The film fails to strike a chord and its inconsistent screenplay despite a blast of actors and opportunities doesn’t live up to the expectations. With lollu sabha making a comeback on social media the film maker tries to weave that into the film but doesn’t quite work at all times.

Santhanam with his strange hairstyle doesn’t quite make the cut. Priyalaya has hardly anything to do. The comedian ensemble manage a few laughs here and there. Vivek Prasanna is impressive.

Cinematography by Om Narayan falters. D. Immam’s background score and songs are straight out of his juke box. Dialogues are average while direction is standard.

INGA NAAN DHAN KINGU is strictly for Santhanam fans !!
