7G is a horror story that is written and directed by Haroon and the film is produced by Dream House Productions.
7G makes the right noises as it begins. The audience is made to feel that this horror film would not take the route of the earlier horror films that relied heavily on revenge and the usual melodrama. But Haroon despite a decent start that looked different takes the “safe” route of the typical horror masalas TFI has indulged in. Yet for an audience that find such movies acceptable this would go down as a somewhat decent effort. The assistance to the film is mainly from the actors who make us believe in the proceedings.
Smrithi Venkat and Sonia Agarwal take the honours in delivering good performances. Sidharth Vipin is OK.
Technically the film is decent. Cinematography is OK. Background score and music by Sidharth Vipin is average. Dialogues are standard and direction could have been better.
