‘S3’, the third instalment of ‘Singam’ series directed by Hari with Suriya in the lead role, is fast taking shape. A distribution house called Udhayam Entertainment has acquired the Tamil Nadu theatrical rights of the movie.
According to sources, the rights have been sold for a record price, considering the succcess of ‘Singam’ and ‘Singam 2’. Meanwhile, the Vishakapatnam schedule of the movie is all set to come to an end.
“For the next one month, Suriya will be shooting in Chennai. After that he and other key members of the team will leave for Malaysia to shoot a fight and a song sequence,” sources added.
Anushka Shetty and Shruti Haasan are the heroines of the movie, which will apparently have Suriya as a more sharp and suave cop Duraisingam. Harris Jayaraj is scoring the music and the film is slated to hit the screens for Deepavali.
