Sunder Memorial volley ball club’s 38th open is all set to take place in Kodambakkam trust puram Corporation ground,Chennai from July 14 to July 16. The tournament will be classified under Men’s category and women’s category. Men’s category will see team of Indian overseas bank, Indian bank, Chennai customs, and ICF. While women’s category will see Jeppiar, panimalar, and SRM college competing for the title.
Today the first match will be in the women’s category between jeppiar and SRM while the second match will see a clash between IOB and Chennai customs under men’s category followed by which ICF and Indian bank will been seen playing for the title.
The total prize money of the tournament will be two lakhs. The event will be declared open by Chennai customs joint commisoner Mr. Tamizh vendan.” said beny coongh the secretary of the sunder Memorial.
