Known for his earthy movies,director Seenu Ramasamy is planning one such flick with Mammootty. The yet-to-be titled film is expected to go on floors soon.
According to sources, the ‘Thenmerku Paruvakaatru’ and ‘Neer Paravai’ maker met Mammootty recently and narrated him the story, which impressed the Mollywood mega star a lot.
“Mammootty immediately gave his nod to be part of the proejct. An official announcement is expected soon,” added sources.
Meanwhile, Mammootty is also committed to do a film titled ‘Peranbu’, which is to be directed by Ram of ‘Thanga Meengal’ and ‘Katradhu Tamizh’ fame.
On the other hand, Seenu Ramasamy is directing ‘Dharma Durai’ starring Vijay Sethupathi and Tamannah, even as waiting for the release of his long pending ‘Idam Porul Eval’.
