The workshop on hazards of Plastics for classes 6 to 8 was held at Velammal Main School, Mogappair campus. The resource person Dr. Rajkumar Samuel vividly explained the adverse effects of Plastics on our environment. He also explained that the usage of Plastics lead to skin cancer, abnormal child growth etc. The session was interesting and the students also took an oath to say ‘No to Plastics’.
