A new milestone achieved in the history of Sathyabama’s Campus Recruitment. Mr. Adarsh, a final year B.Tech-IT student was offered by Diverta with an annual package of INR 41 Lacs per annum. This is the highest offer secured by Sathyabama student so far. The chancellor Dr. Mariazeena Johnson and President Dr. Marie Johnson have congratulated the student and encourage him to motivate his juniors.
Sathyabama which maintains a very impressive track record of consistent placements, having a wonderful season as more than 70% of students have been placed already with the 82 companies who have visited so far (As on 18.11.19). There are more than 200 recruiters yet to visit, the Institute looking strong to place the remaining students also. More than 15% of students were selected by dream companies who offer between 5.5 LPA and 10 LPA. There is a huge increase in the number of offers offered above 10 LPA compared to last year. A large number of students are expertise on the niche technologies which is on high demand. This gives the students the advantage of getting placed with high-paying companies. Excellent placement season triggered excitement and happiness among the present final year students as well as it motivated the upcoming batch students as they are getting geared up to face the corporate challenge next year. The Institute is able to maintain consistency of good placement record with its efficient mechanism of understanding the requirement of the industries and fine-tuning the training of the students to meet the expectation of their recruiters. Students are exposed to the employers to understand industry requirements much before they step into the final year.
