Not just the people of the state, but citizens of the tinsel town too were shocked to know that chief minister J Jayalalithaa was hospitalised.
‘Get well soon’ messages poured in from many popular personalities of Tamil cinema, including Kamal Haasan, Vishal, Khushbu and Vairamuthu.
“Wishing the hounarable CM of Tamilnadu a speedy recovery”, Kamal posted on his Twitter page. “Wishing our Hon’ble TN CM #J.Jayalalitha a very speedy recovery..Get well soon Ma am. God bless,” said Vishal.
Actor Senthil, a member of the AIADMK led by Jayalalithaa, rushed to the Apollo Hospitals where the CM was admitted to and enquired about her health.
Meanwhile, a bulletin from the hospital said fever has come down and Jayalalithaa is on regular diet.
