It was a pleasant surprise for fans on Tuesday night, as a making video of ‘Kabali’ was launched by producer Kalaipuli S Thanu on his Twitter page after 10 pm.
Rajini fans, who were busy with arrangements to welcome the movie, were thrilled to watch their thalaivar on the sets of ‘Kabali’. The video showed him performing in style after carefully listening instructions from the director, Pa Ranjith.
Meanwhile, many companies in Chennai and Bengaluru have declared holiday on July 22, the release date, to facilitate their employees to watch the much awaited movie of the year. Some of them have even made bulk booking of tickets.
In the meantime, the Karnataka Film Chamber of Commerce (KFCC) and Karnataka State Film Exhibitors’ Association (KSFEA) have appealed to the State Home Department to stop screening of ‘Kabali’ in star hotels in Bengaluru, a movie they describe as “unlawful exhibition”.
