Superstar Rajinikanth-starrer ‘Kabali’ was on Monday cleared with a clean U certificate without any cuts by officials of the Regional Censor Board. Soon, producer Kalaipuli S Thanu announced that the film would hit the screens on July 22.
“Censor officials were mightily impressed after watching the film and they granted U certificate without suggesting a single cut. They appreciated the team for coming out with a good movie,” sources said.
Following the announcement that July 22 would be the release date, Rajini fans all over the world are gearing up to welcome in the movie in a grand way. Reservations will start from this Friday, it is learnt.
Directed by Pa Ranjith, the film has Taiwanese actor Winston Chao, Radhika Apte, Dhansika, Dinesh, Kalaiyarasan, and John Vijay star in other pivotal roles. Music is by Santhosh Narayanan.
