Flight, silver coin, sim card and credit card etc. After all these, the latest to be gripped by ‘Kabali’ fever is India Post, for the department has come forward to release a special cover to mark the release of the Superstar film.
According to a notification, the special cover from the Postmaster General Bengaluru will be addressed to the Postmaster General Chennai City Region. They will bear the postmarks of Bengaluru and Chennai airport post offices.
These covers will reach Chennai from Bengaluru on a special Air Asia flight, which will bring fans to to the capital city of Tamil Nadu to watch the much awaited movie of the year.
“The Karnataka Postal Circle and Chennai City Region of the department have joined hands with Air Asia for the initiative,” said officials, adding that the covers will be made available for sale at Philatelic Bureau Bengaluru GPO and Anna Road Head Post Office, Chennai.
