Sri Preethaji & Sri Krishnaji, the Co-creators & Co-founders of Ekam have launched the Oneness yoga challenge, to help the world realise the true spirit of yoga.

Hon’ble Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi first proposed International Yoga Day during his address to the United Nations. Accordingly, International Yoga Day has been celebrated on June 21 every year since 2015. As International Yoga Day is celebrated every year on a thematic basis, this year it was celebrated on the theme of Yoga for Spiritual Fitness.

In an environment where the human body is used by most people only for eating, sleeping, body passions and adventure sports as a tool for pleasure, Sri Preethaji & Sri Krishnaji, integrated a global initiative called the Oneness Yoga Challenge, which opens the body to bliss through yoga and brings infinite happiness.
Accordingly, from June 15 to June 21, more than 50,000 members from more than 100 countries around the world participated in the Oneness Yoga Challenge with their families and friends. In this Oneness Yoga Challenge, Sri Preethaji & Sri Krishnaji integrated five different types of yoga, namely Raja Yoga, the royal path of meditation, Karma Yoga, the part that activates total attention, Jnana Yoga, the intellectual path of enlightenment, Bhakti Yoga centered on love, and Hatha Yoga, the experience of human body oneness through all of these.

It is noteworthy that the Government of India’s health ministry called AYUSH has recognized the Oneness Yoga Challenge as very special. Certificates of Participation were also awarded to all who participated in the Oneness Yoga Challenge.
