ORU ADAAR LOVE MOVIE REVIEW

Priya Varrier’s famous wink from this film outdid most actors on the social media platform. The expectation soared after this for the film and the demand quadrupled across regions so much so that this movie has a Tamil dub as well. Kalaipuli Thanu produces this film here.

This high school romance movie does not offer anything new and showcases the cliché scenes that we have long been used to thereby managing to partially evoke some laughter and amusement. It is during the second half the happenings gather steam with some twists, turns and also some fun. The film despite potential to come out as a decent and interesting film gets sucked into some misinformed ingenuity that ends in an unconvincing and unsuitable climax.

Priya Varrier was supposedly to be the star of the film but then performance wise it is Noori who takes the cake delivering a good act. Priya on the contrary works like a doll that can speak and smile on key. Roshan is average while the rest of the cast too border on being OK.
Sinu Sidharth decently shoots the film, while music by Shaan Rahman entertains. Dialogues are average and Achu Vijayan’s editing could have been crisper. Direction by Omar Lulu is OK.

Honestly, OALS is a film that is targeted at kids and perhaps it is justice that they review it. On the whole it’s a film strictly for kids and sure they would find relevance and entertainment.
