To be honest not one among the viewers had any expectation from this movie and walking in expecting no surprise can work for some movies but certainly not this.
Julie 2 with Lakshmi Rai’s sleaze is everything that you expect it to be. A stale story with the silliest of logic that would suit most movies of this kind and a lousy screenplay that is adorned with the so called steamy scenes to actually camouflage the nonsense that is happening on screen. Well there is a thrill element too that falls flat.
Sameer Reddy has worked most in the movie in the capacity of cinematographer. He has tried his best to portray Rai in a seductive way and it would work for Rai fans. The other departments need no mention.
Laxmi Rai has tried her best and she is good when she does not act. Others play their part in their poorly etched roles.
JULIE 2 IS strictly for Rai’s extreme fans..
