BAYAMA IRUKKU MOVIE REVIEW

Well after happy long interval a horror comedy has found its way yet again in Kollywood in the form of “Bayama Irukku”. Debutant Jawahar cranks this script for Vasantham Productions.

Kovai Sarala and Mottai Rajendran, well now you can write the script yourself that is how predictable and boring this movie is. There are a lot of comedy actors as you would find in this genre and yet they make you wince than smile. The comedy templates get on our nerves and there is hardly any scene that would help you attempt a laugh. The film actually begins well with a little bit of confusion but sadly goes downhill after a few minutes.

Despite the presence of a lot of comedians they fail to make you laugh and not to blame the actors but they have been so typecast that and their comedies so flogged to death that none of the actors make an impression. Reshmi Menon is a misfit in her role.

Nice locations make the agony bearable and decent cinematography by Mahendran is a help. Music by Sathya is OK in the BG score while the songs make the already tedious script a bore. Editing required more time and direction is at its best average.

BAYAMA IRUKKU – KIRUKKU !!
