About Round Table and Ladies Circle:

Round Table India and Ladies circle India were built with the objective of Community Service focusing on building infrastructure for education of underprivileged children. As per MHRD estimates of 2001 Census, over 50 million children between the age of 6 and 14 were out of school. This indicates that the amount of work required in this field is herculean.

The challenge that Round Table India and Ladies Circle India faces is not of the ability and the capacity to undertake construction of more and more schools, but that of raising funds for the projects. For this very purpose fundraisers are organized to generate funds towards a cause.

Ladies Circle India is an organization of young dynamic women, with a motto of friendship and service, working towards the betterment of society. This non-profit, social organization is the women’s wing of Round Table India. Members are a group of young dynamic women between the ages of 18 to 40. The group has housewives and working professionals who are involved in various community service activities. Their goal is to provide quality education to the poor, empower women, improve sanitation facilities, overall health and provide better nutrition. Long term national projects are principally for providing education and providing infrastructure for the less fortunate under the banner of “Educate to Enlighten”, and empowering women for a self-sufficient life, pan India.

Round Table India is an organization of non-political and non-sectarian welcoming young men, aged between 18 and 40. It aims to promote service, fellowship and goodwill in National and International affairs. Round Table India provides a range of social and community service related opportunities through the Fellowship of its members. The Tablers of RTI form friendship, shape lives and make substantial difference in the lives of people, beyond the organization itself.

Over the last few years, Round Tables in India have really put in a lot of effort to provide infrastructure in schools. By now, RTI has been successful in building over 5108 classrooms at a cost of over Rs. 150 crores benefiting over 5.62 million children*. To support all the service oriented activities of RTI, Tablers organise their own fundraising events. The involvement, efforts and financial support that the Tablers have been extending, continue to be the primary source of fundraising for the RTI. Year after year, sustained efforts are put in to support the Table’s community service programs through fundraising in various ways.

This event is not just for the public but a special show is also being organised for the underprivileged kids of the Round Table India and Ladies Circle India FTE schools to attend the show with sponsored snacks.
