Trivesh Marlecha thé founder of Masami has passionately curated the collection juxtaposing the strength of a woman’s persona against the delicate, intricate line of earrings, rings, bracelets and multilayered chains. The design and setting of each piece of jewelry has been carefully executed keeping in mind the unique properties and shape of each of the gem stones.
The new collection is distinguished by its versatility and its contemporary aesthetic keeping in mind the modern woman who plays many different roles. A unique selection of rare and precious gem stones which consist of emeralds, rubies and multi colored sapphires in pinks, yellows and green., The main focus of the collection is keeping the line affordable and wearable. The line reflects a younger sensibility and is aimed towards a well read, well traveled and more discerning clientele. The diamonds are carefully handpicked and are set in mostly white and rose gold. Baguettes and pear shaped diamonds have been used extensively while designing the beautiful contemporary statement pieces. The collection has been designed complimenting the feminine silhouettes of Chaitanya Rao’s line of ensembles.
Chaitanya Rao, Chennai’s favorite designer to the stars unveils his special edit for the festive season. A glamorous collection of feminine floral prints in chiffons and Georgette’s dominate a large part of the line. The rest of the ensembles are a combination of organic weaves embroidered to perfection in an array of stunning Zardozi motifs. A significant part of the ensembles are enhanced and embellished to perfection with different intricate techniques of surface ornamentation like mirror work, Gota patti and antique Zari.
